I have over 30 years experience in the corporate and real estate arenas. During my career, I have held CEO and CFO positions in both large and mid-size companies with revenues ranging from $15M to $370M. I have achieved great success in corporate restructuring, refinancing and in stream lining operations maximizing financial performance. I hold a degree in finance and am a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Scottsdale Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Arizona Multiple Listing Service.

In addition to my corporate experience, I hold a Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers license since 1965 and formed a privately owned residential sales company, named The JMS Group which is located in Natick, Massachusetts. My son Justin Tulman presently operates The JMS Group.

I enjoy networking with people and creating meaningful relationships. I have had great success in representing buyers and sellers. Also, I have a sphere of clients and a group of investors who are extremely pleased with the results we have achieved for them over the last five years. Living in area code 85255, I have great knowledge of the market place. I have represented buyers and sellers throughout Scottsdale including Grayhawk, DC Ranch,Silverleaf, Paradise Valley, Desert Mountain, Troon, Carefree and Phoenix.
