Although long overdue, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your incredibly valuable assistance in helping find the perfect home for us in Scottsdale. It is rare that somebody puts the right advice to a client above just making the sale. Your knowledge of the area, understanding of the clients needs and absolute candor were extremely valuable to us as we went through our decision making process. We also appreciated your negotiating skills and your ability to work with both parties in a a very sensitive situation. We also were impressed with the extensive amount of research you did on the properties we reviewed and the amount of diligence once we were interested in pursuing a particular property. We also appreciated the amount of follow-up you did between signing and closing to make sure that all the terms of the agreement were executed to our satisfaction.
Unparalleled, however, was all of the assistance you provided after we closed the transaction... most agents would been on to the next sale. But, not you. You went out of your way to help us post close with a number of follow up issues and took the initiate to help us acclimate to the area as well as introducing us to a number of people who we now consider as friends, including you.
As a corporate executive that has relocated many times, we have never received this level of customer service. In our opinion, you have set the standard that other agents should strive to achieve!

We recently completed the successful sale of our primary residence in Scottsdale, AZ. I have known the Tulman's for nearly ten years and of course knew of their reputation as a realtor/broker for Coldwell Banker. We wanted to sell our home at the fairest price to a good qualified buyer in a slowly recovering market. That could have been a large task for most realtors. There was no hesitation in asking the Tulman's to represent us. Jerry and Matt brought to us the qualities that we knew they were known for and frankly the ones we knew that were needed. They have great knowledge of the market and extremely valuable contacts in the market. While our home was in great condition and always ready to show, the Tulman's always provided us with the insight to make things just a little better and we always appreciated their ideas.
While they had the many qualities that a seller or a buyer would want demo a realtor, the two that i felt stood out were honesty and great work ethic. Through their perseverance we never said no to the sometimes urgent demands for a showing from a potential buyer. I don't believe Jerry & Matt know what a day off is like. They were always there when we needed them. When we had a showing they would always pursue the follow up response. Regardless if the showing was positive or less than positive, Jerry & Matt would always get a reply and personally remained very positive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend the services of the Tulman's for anyone looking to sell or buy. You will be pleased and fortunate to have done so.

My wife, Angela and I would like to express our deep appreciation for your assistance in buying a home in Colonia Encantada ( located in McCormick Ranch), and selling our home in Terravita. In sum, you did an incredibly outstanding job for us.
We saw our present home in Colonia Encantada at 3pm. After a lengthy visit, we asked the Tulman's to prepare an offer for the house. They had a blank contract present in the event we wanted to submit an offer immediately. ( He told us he always keeps blank contracts.) He submitted our offer at 5pm. The next day, the sellers responded with a counter offer in the morning. We responded with our counter offer the afternoon of the same day. The next morning the sellers accepted our counter offer. The entire process took 36 hours. We later found out that there were two backup offers behind our contract. If Jerry & Matt had not proceeded with incredible speed we would not have been able to buy our home.
The sale of our terravita home proceeded with the same speed. On the tenth day our house was on the MLS we received an all cash offer with closing in 10 days. Jerry advised us to accept the offer without a counter offer--saying that it was likely a "one-shot" offer. The offering price was at the top of the price range we wanted, and we gladly accepted it. We closed on the Terravita house in 9 days.
The real estate agent for the buyers of our Terravita house often failed to promptly communicate with his clients ( the buyers) for as long as 48 hours. To fill this vacuum, Jerry & Matt helped the buyers in the buying process, thus enabling the transaction to proceed within the buyers' time frame. (They had to return to Chicago, so the husband could get back to his office.)
To summarize. The Tulman's were proactive--and incredibly prompt--throughout both transactions, enabling these transactions to take place. They walked us through the complexities of the real estate process, advising us as to every detail and how to deal with them. They were patient, when patience was necessary--never once becoming anxious. The Tulman Group were an absolute pleasure to work with--with a sense of humor that made the buying and selling process a pleasure for us.
